Almond Housing Association intends to enter into a Framework Agreement with one contractor for the servicing and upgrading of ventilation units over a four-year period.

two.2.4) Description of the procurement

The Works comprise of the Ventilation Servicing and Upgrades at varying “house types” build 1968 onwards.

The installation will include each property having a bathroom and kitchen extract fan installed if no existing fans have been fitted. Additionally, a separate circuit for all fans must be installed from the main consumer to each fan all in accordance with the Employers Requirements.
