two.1.4) Short description

Devon County Council is seeking mature and proven SaaS (Software as a Service) systems to fulfil the needs of adults and children’s social care case management and finance requirements, already in use in another Local Authority setting.

Providers will be aware that Devon County Council took the difficult decision to abandon the previous procurement process for a replacement Adult Social Care Case Management and Finance system. Devon County Council We now have a better understanding of the reasons why we received a limited response for our recent procurement exercise, and as such we are planning on re-tendering, taking on board the feedback we have received from the market to date. This has coincided with an expansion to the scope of the tender.

We now further wish to ensure we have struck the right balance, whilst incorporating our expanded scope, and would encourage all suppliers with a proven solution, including those who have previously engaged with earlier engagement, to take part. To that end we have provided our revised draft Specification, draft timeline and Contract Terms for your review and critique We would really value your feedback and hope that you are able to review and complete the attached questionnaire.

The deliverables include but are not limited to modification (during and post implementation), installation, integration, implementation and relevant on-going support of an ICT system which will support improved service to DCC’s residents, staff and partner agencies.

The contract shall have a Core term of 5 years: May 2025 to May 2030. With 6 Extension Options: 2 years + 2 years + 2 years+ 2 years+ 1 years + 1 year and a value range between £3,600,000 and £10,500,000 over the full term.

We would really value your feedback and hope that you are able to participate in this process. To that end please upload your completed questionnaires though the Supplying the Southwest Portal utilising the message functionality. The deadline date for feedback is 12 NOON 28th June 2024.
