University of Strathclyde has a requirement to provide customers with a mechanism to make online payments to the University using credit/debit cards, Direct Debits (BACSTEL-IP) and other alternative payment methods in respect of, but not limited to Commercial Customer Sales Invoices, Library Fees, Sports Memberships, Conference/Event Bookings and Print Services.

University of Strathclyde requires a mechanism to provide students with an online payment facility to allow payments to be made to the University using Credit/Debit Cards, Open Banking and any other alternative payment methods in respect of Tuition Fees, Accommodation Fees, Library Fees and other ad hoc student charges. As well as the payment facility, the University of Strathclyde also require the supplier to provide a comprehensive debt management / AR collection system to assist the Finance team with collection of outstanding student fees.

The University reserves the right not to follow up with an open tender process and choose a different contractual arrangement that would be best suited for this requirement.
