In accordance with Regulation 34(28)(a) Public Contracts Regulations 2015, the Council has made a decision to extend the period of validity of the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the Provision of Passenger Transport Services within the borough of Sandwell for adults and children (OJEU reference 2016/S 246-449520) until 23 February 2022.
All current Suppliers will remain on the DPS. Potential suppliers must pass the exclusion criteria and meet the selection criteria set out in the Invitation to Tender (ITT) to be appointed to the DPS. The number of suppliers who can be awarded a place on the DPS is unlimited.
