Description of risks to contract performance
NSG are the manufacturers of the equipment, carry the passwords for the programmable logic controller and have the specialist equipment to carry out the service and are the only supplier who can carry out these actions. To meet our quality assurance levels with the Environment Agency we must prove that our equipment is maintained and calibrated to comply with our permit to discharge. The equipment manufacturer is currently the only company that can achieve this.
