Initial (pre-competitive stage) engagement to discuss the provision of an Offender Personality Disorder Intervention Service (The Fens) located within HMP Whitemoor.
NHSEI and HMPPS are working together to re-commission The Fens Service, located within HMP Whitemoor.
Prior to competitively tendering the above Offender Personality Disorder Intervention Service, the Co-Commissioners wish to invite interested and potential providers to an early market engagement event, during which the current outline specification will be discussed, and views sought from the provider market regarding the proposed model, the outputs, innovative solutions and other matters that may be raised, in order to inform next steps. A high level description of the procurement process and timelines will also be provided.
This event also provides the opportunity to discuss all of the above directly with the Co-Commissioners, and ask any questions you may have.
