Description
The requirement is for the provision of High Voltage (HV) Authorised Persons services, including 24/7 emergency HV cover, and the installation, inspection, testing, and planned preventative maintenance of HV systems across participating Trust sites. Services include statutory compliance, maintenance of transformers, switchgear and RMUs, and full reporting in line with Trust safety, operational and KPI requirements.
The contract may be accessed by other NHS Trusts within the Birmingham, Black Country and Solihull ICB Cluster as permitted in the tender documents.

Description of possible extension:
The initial contract term shall be three years with the potential for two separate one-year extension periods by election of the Contracting Authority, on such notice and for such periods as is specified by the Contract.
