Lot constraints
Maximum number of lots a supplier can be awarded: 2
Description of how multiple lots may be awarded:
Tenderers may apply for all three lots, however only two lots can be awarded to a Tenderer. Tenderers that apply for all three lots must express their preferences for their preferred Lots in the Form of Tender by indicating a "1" against their first preference, "2" for their second preference and "3" against their third preference. Where a Tenderer does not intend to submit a Tender for a Lot they should put an "N/A" against that Lot. The Tender process will be conducted to ensure that Tenders are evaluated fairly to ascertain the most advantageous tender for each Lot. Following the Tender process for each Lot, the Authority will award the Contract to the successful Tenderer for Lot 1 first, then Lot 2 and then Lot 3. Therefore a Tenderer can apply for all three Lots and have the highest scoring tender for each Lot, but would win Lot 1 and Lot 2, but not Lot 3 based on their preferences. Lot 3 would then be offered to the next highest scoring tenderer regardless of their preference for Lot 3 .
