This framework, which it is envisaged will consist of no more than five consultants, is intended to assist with the further development and anticipated implementation of Nexus' capital programme and will allow Nexus to be more agile in its response to funding announcements or opportunities.

The scope of work to be carried out may include (but is not limited to) the following:

• Determining asset condition;

• Feasibility studies;

• Acting as Designer and/or Principal Designer under the CDM Regulations 2015;

• Option Evaluation and Selection;

• Production of Form A designs to be tendered as a Design and Build;

• Outline design to Form A;

• Detailed design to Form B;

• Production of design documentation for tendering;

• Technical and commercial advice during the tendering process ;

• Management and Facilitating Workshops;

• Involvement in the Common Safety Method process;

• Construction supervision;

• Pre and Post contract commercial activities;

• Production and collation of As Constructed information.
