two.1.4) Short description
To further the UK Government's ability to deliver Energy Security and progress towards Net Zero, DESNZ is seeking to procure high-quality Gas and LNG Data and Analysis. Specifically, we require comprehensive insights that are not only timely but also customisable to our specific needs, with a preference for services that offer access to detailed data. This includes analyses ranging from short-term forecasts to long-term projections. Of particular interest are in-depth examinations of trade flows and infrastructure developments, such as new LNG terminals and pipelines. This information is invaluable to the Department as it allows us to monitor market developments and understand any potential risks to UK security of supply. Furthermore, it plays a crucial role in our longer-term planning around the role of gas in the energy transition.
We seek a service that offers both in-depth insights (such as articles and reports) into market developments and topical issues, and compliments this by offering access to deep and robust data outputs that can be customised by the user at ease, such as through an online dashboard. So that we can understand implications for the UK, data outputs need to be customisable at the country level as a minimum.
If your services are equipped to meet these requirements, we invite you to submit a tender to this procurement.
