This procurement will support OHID to deliver the DHSC commitments of reducing oral health inequalities and tooth decay rates, especially amongst children by providing advise to the DHSC and Secretary of State on the efficiency and feasibility of current water fluoridation programmes by water companies, as per agreement help with the DHSC plus advise on future capital investment by the DHSC to extend the water fluoridation scheme to an additional 1 million people.
The expected contract value is £155,000 exclusive of VAT.
