Provision of Lived Experience and Recovery Support – Drugs, Alcohol and Suicide Prevention

It is Blackpool Councils intension to award a Services Agreement to Empowerment Charity Lancashire who is the existing provider following PSR direct award process C.

The life time value is approx. £3,728,000

It is anticipated that the Agreement will run from 1st April 2025 to 31st March 2026 (with the

option to incrementally extend up to 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 years subject to satisfactory contract review

and budget availability)

Award Criteria - as the existing provider is satisfying the original contract and will likely

satisfy the proposed contract to a sufficient standard weighting 100.
