The contract duration will be for three years from the commencement date subject to Successful annual review of the performance to the key performance indicators agreed between RNOH and the supplier; The continued hosting of the Federation of Specialist Hospitals (FSH) by Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Trust and/or the ongoing existence of the FSH as an entity

Two stage competitive procedure. This advert calls for expressions of interest in the contract. Suppliers will complete a supplier information questionnaire to register their interest. SIQs will be used to shortlist the number of suppliers to be invited to submit tenders at the second stage of the procurement. The closing date for expressions of interest is 5:00pm on 26th May 2025. The anticipated invitation date and closing date for tenders from shortlisted suppliers are published in PRO-1064-2025 ITT document 1 - Instructions The Supplier Information Questionnaire and PDF copies of the tender documents can be obtained at https://atamis-1928.lightning.force.com/lightning/r/ProSpend__Proc_Contract__c/a07Sr00000Utx24IAB/related/ProSpend__Supplier_Document_Folders__r/view. Completede Supplier Information Questionnaires must be uploaded to the Atamis system by 5:00pm on 26th May 2025 otherwise they will not be considered.
