DAERA/NIFHA wishes to appoint a Contractor to carry out a set of detailed specified repairs, replacements and upgrades to the hull and machinery of the Grab-hopper dredger MV Kilmourne vessel to enable the NIFHA to meet its statutory function of maintaining the water depths in the channels and basins of Ardglass, Kilkeel and Portavogie harbours. The main repairs required include: • Installation of modified transom • Installation of keel cooling in place of existing heat exchangers • Replacement of selected hull plates, members and door repairs.
