This is a directed enhanced service for the provision of general medical services to patients who have been immediately removed from a mainstream GP practice list because they have displayed violent or threatening behaviour, or made people fear for their safety when using a mainstream GP Practice.

The contract value is £88,000

The Provider will deliver essential and additional primary medical services via pre-booked appointment (face to face or remotely) within the scope of the GMS/PMS/APMS contract to ensure appropriate general medical services are provided to patients

The Provider will ensure all aspects of medical and nursing care, required to fully deliver essential and additional personal medical services and including any necessary tests, referrals, treatment, prescriptions and medication are provided.

Patients should be able to access the service between the hours of 8am to 6:30pm on weekdays.

Pro-rata cost of £52,000 per annum for up to 20 patients equivalent to a payment of £4,333 per month. Currently from 1 April 2024 to 31 October 2024, with the option to extend for 5 months (to 31 March 2025).

And;

A bespoke service for out of area patient based on actual activity up to a maximum of £9,000 per quarter. Currently from 1 April 2024 to 31 October 2024, with the option to extend for 5 months (to 31 March 2025).
