This is an opportunity for inspired innovative organisations to work collaboratively and in partnership with Dudley MBC to deliver these services in a streamlined effective way that meets the changing needs of the population of Dudley. The Dudley approach is to have a longer term contract, possibly up to 10 years, that will promote long term investment from organisations allowing flexibility to adapt services in response to changing needs. We would welcome submissions from suitably experienced organisation(s) to deliver this range of services. The opportunity is set in a specification that is based on outcomes identified through market engagement events involving providers and service users. The tender process will be via the Open Route.The maximum budget in year one is £1,200,000.The service must be provided in accordance with the Terms and Conditions contained within this Tender invitation.
