two.1.4) Short description

The Home Office are currently using their Call Off agreement from the CCS Framework RM6016 (Public Sector Travel and Venue Solutions), to secure additional accommodation for asylum seekers. These Call Off agreements are in place with Calder and Corporate Travel Management (CTM) and were awarded using via the CCS Public Sector Travel and Venue Solutions Commercial Agreement. Under this agreement CTM and Calder are able to approach the open market for the availability of accommodation provision and to obtain related pricing. No Hotel/Venue is therefore "off limits", and everyone is welcome to be part of this process if they wish to.

If your organisation would like to offer short or long term accommodation solutions to accommodate asylum seekers, please email katrina.williams@crowncommercial.gov.uk sharing the following details as a minimum:

Contact Name, Email Address and Phone Number

1. Hotel/Venue Name, address and postcode

2. Number of Bedrooms & Beds available (including breakdown of Single, Double, Family occupancy)

3. Available Catering Options (i.e. room service, plated collection, buffet style etc)

4. Details of laundry facilities/solutions available

Once you have provided the details above to CCS, your organisation details will be placed on to the relevant database and you will receive notifications of available opportunities.

To register you interest in providing these services, please register with CCS as soon as possible and by 31st July 2021 at the latest.
