Queen’s Hospital is a modern, medium sized District General Hospital providing a full range of services ranging from an Emergency Department to specialist functions such as cardiology and radiology.
The Trust has identified several areas within the hospital site that will need to be remediated to provide a long-term durable fire compartmentation within the building fabric by repair of damaged or deteriorated elements and future protection of the building from further deterioration.

Given the nature of the defects, input from a suitability experienced fire compartmentation survey specialist should be sought to review defects, determine appropriate specifications for repair and supply a condition report with remedial costs to potentially undertake the works.
The Trust’s requirement is for a supplier to conduct a full fire compartmentation investigative survey works to phase 2 area
