Scope

Description

HEIW intends to establish a multi‑lot Executive Development Supplier Framework to support senior leadership development across NHS Wales. The Framework will cover services including:

Executive & Senior Leader Coaching, Mentoring, Facilitation, Development Centre Design & Observation, Expert Speakers and Advisors.

This notice informs the market about the planned Framework and invites suppliers to take part in a Supplier Engagement Event.

Engagement process description

HEIW will hold a virtual Supplier Engagement Event on 30/03/2026 at 10:00 AM via Microsoft Teams. The session will provide an overview of the planned Executive Development Framework, outline the scope of services, and allow suppliers to ask questions. Following the presentation and Q&A, suppliers may request a 10‑minute 1:1 discussion slot with HEIW representatives.

Suppliers wishing to attend must submit an expression of interest by 12:00 noon on 26/03/2026 by emailing Sairam.Kunuri@wales.nhs.uk with:

• Names and positions of attendees

• Whether a 10‑minute 1:1 slot is required

Attendance does not guarantee participation in any future procurement, and information shared during the session may be used by HEIW to refine the requirement. Suppliers should therefore avoid sharing confidential or commercially sensitive information.HEIW accepts no liability for any costs incurred by bidders as a result of attending the engagement event.
