Lewisham Council is inviting submissions for the Tender of; Young Persons Assessment Centre and Next Steps Care Leaver accommodation Service in Lewisham. The overall purpose of the Assessment Centre service will be to support young people aged 16 – 17 who are homeless and undergoing a joint assessment between LB Lewisham Housing and Children’s Social Care departments. The service will ensure young people are supported to return home or placed in accommodated suited to their needs. The service will also operate a Next Steps Care Leaver service which will support young people leaving Care at age 18 to develop independent living skills and to move onto social accommodation.

The successful tenderer must commit to entering into Management Agreements with existing landlord for the buildings which are based in Lewisham
