Local authorities are required to make arrangements for everyone eligible aged 40-74 years to be offered an NHS Health Check once every five years, unless they are either prescribed a statin or have a CVD risk score ≥20%. two.2.4) Description of the procurement

The tender will be run as a single stage Open Procedure. The value of the procurement is above threshold, the subject matter sits within Schedule 3 so falls within scope of the Light Touch Regime of the Public Contract Regulations 2015. The contract notice will be advertised on Find a Tender and Contracts Finder as well as being advertised on SCC’s In-Tend Platform Suffolk Sourcing.The tender process will be conducted electronically through Suffolk Sourcing.Tender returns will be evaluated, and contracts awarded based on a price/quality split. Details will be published in the tender documentation.
