Bidders are required to carry out UPS Service Requirements as detailed below:
1. Two services per annum carried as close to 26 weeks apart in agreement with the university.
2. Service reports sent to client within 48 hours of service being completed
3. Faults call out service
Mandatory Requirements
UPS Engineers must be fully factory trained and certificated by AEC. on all AEC UPS Equipment.
The company must have full access to AEC spare parts
The company must be able to honour all remaining warranties on all installed AEC UPS’s.
