Description
We would like to commission a study to analyse the levels of mycotoxins and plant toxins in a variety of plant-based foods. The study will provide information about the current dietary exposure of mycotoxins and plant toxins in individuals consuming vegetarian and vegan diets. This data set will be used for subsequent risk assessments and risk management decisions.
