Yorkshire Water Services (YWS) are looking to set up a Framework Agreement with a partner(s) who have a proven track record of providing Smart Network Services.
The Framework Agreement will be for the supply of a smart metering solution ( meter + AMI + Network) for roll-out within a six month time period for selected sites, to receive customer flow data as a service.
The meters will operate in AMR mode when initially deployed on the new development. YWS will then look to switch these meters to full AMI functionality thereafter.
Yorkshire Water require a Partner/s to manage all of the IOT infrastructure required to support smart meter SLA's and for the successful partner(s) to take responsibility for all asset management activities relating to the IOT network. The IOT network need not be exclusive to Yorkshire Water
Yorkshire Water expects there to be in the region of 25,000 new developments per year.
