DHSC is establishing a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for a period of 9 months (with the possibility of extension) and is inviting bidders to request to participate. This DPS which will provide the DHSC and SCCL with the opportunity to procure range of innovative transparent face mask products, as further described in the Specification and the procurement documents. The three (3) distinct lots of the DPS are:• Lot 1: Transparent Facemask Type IIR• Lot 2: Transparent Facemask• Lot 3: Transparent Facemask FFP3Suppliers that will successfully be appointed to the DPS, following their submission, may be invited to submit tender(s) through a call for competition procedure. DHSC and SCCL reserve the right to reduce, extend or terminate the DPS period at any time during its lifetime in accordance with the terms set out in the DPS Agreement.
