• To identify gaps in service provision, and bring to the contract meetings with UHL
• All staff will have an annual appraisal and will keep up to date with all mandatory training.
• All staff will have regular clinical supervision and attend team meetings to ensure shared learning and outcomes across the team.
• Staff will also undertake provision of supervision and training to other professionals.
