The DPS is for use by Tees Esk and Wear Valleys NHS FT, for the Provision of Mental Health, Learning Disability, Eating Disorder and Well-being Services.

Services which may be included in the DPS future opportunities include, but are not limited to, the following list:

• Community connector roles

• Lived experience/ peer support worker roles

• Social Prescribers

• Check and chat

• Befriending services

• Emotional support

• Engage individuals who traditional struggle to access and engage with services

• Above areas can be specific to population need for example substance misuse peer support workers or generic support workers or rehab/ psychosis/ eating disorders etc
