The Council is seeking provision of domiciliary and personal care to disabled Children and Young People aged 0-18 years, who have been assessed by the Council as requiring support to enable them to continue to live at home.

The aim of this procurement is to secure providers who are skilled to deliver high quality homecare that promotes wellbeing and supports outcomes that are important to Children and Young People.

The aim of this procurement is to secure a maximum of 4 providers on the Framework who are skilled to deliver high quality homecare that promotes wellbeing and supports outcomes that are important to Children and Young People.
