two.2.4) Description of the procurement

Thames Valley Police is interested in suppliers who can provide a dashboard camera solution for approximately 1000 vehicles within their fleet. The solution should record video from a driver's perspective, upload footage to an internal storage device and transfer evidential footage to the forces Digital Evidence Management system which is currently NICE DEMS.If you are interested, please complete the TVP00801 Dashboard Camera questionnaire no later than Friday 21st June 2024 and return to Paula.kibble-white@thamesvalley.police.ukPlease note that this event will involve no element of supplier selection or bid evaluation and involves no commitment from either side.Participation in the event is voluntary. Failure to participate in the event does not preclude a supplier from submitting a tender in any subsequent tender process in relation to this project. Any feedback or other information provided by a supplier as part of the event will not be taken into account in the evaluation of any tender submission that may be subsequently submitted by the supplier in relation to the project.Each supplier is responsible for its' own costs in participating in this PIN.
