Through this RFP, we are seeking a team of consultants to work closely with teams at the MoEHE, drawing on their knowledge of the local context and subject matter expertise, to conduct the initial review stage of this reform project. The supplier will be responsible for leading working groups to ensure that a small cross-section of relevant education stakeholders are involved and engaged throughout the project. The Contract will be awarded for a duration of A period of 9 months (1 July 2024 – 31 March 2025) with the possibility for an extension to conduct later stages of the project for a period of up to 4 years on a yearly basis for the implementation of the recommendations and reform roadmap.
