Supply of vacuum insulated tubing (VIT) and ancillaries for a coaxial circulation system in a deep geothermal well. Delivery all duties paid to the drilling site at the Eden Project, Cornwall PL24 2SX, UK. Full details of the procurement are set out in the ITT documents, but the items required briefly comprise:

-- 330m of casing 7“, 26lbs/ft, R3, L80, coupling DWC/C-IS Plus or equivalent

-- 2 x jts of casing 7“, 26lbs/ft, R1, L80, coupling DWC/C-IS Plus or equivalent

-- 200m of Vacuum Insulated Tubing (VIT), material L80 or higher grade, outer pipe 7” x inner pipe 5 ½”, coupling DWC/C-IS Plus or equivalent

-- 1 x cross-over from 7” to 5 ½” with matching couplings and insulator

-- 3500m of Vacuum Insulated Tubing (VIT), material L80 or higher grade, outer pipe 5 ½” x inner pipe 4 ½”, coupling DWC/C-IS Plus or equivalent

-- Centraliser (flexible). (An appropriate number to be specified by the bidder and supplied, in line with your centralising programme.)
