BCP Council is looking for an operator to manage each of the above markets this is to include procuring traders, collating paperwork, invoicing and chasing income, promotion, on the day management and development.

BCP Council is expecting an income from the supplier to have the rights to all locations to run weekly markets.

The Supplier is expected to develop the markets and to introduce high quality artisan traders.
