Lancashire County Council (LCC) is in the process of undertaking an exercise to commission flu vaccinations for LCC employees on LCC premises. We wish to engage with key stakeholders in relation to a potential competitive procurement of the services.

Previously, a Market Engagement questionnaire was conducted to hear from potential applicants about this proposal and to gain insight into whether the requirements set out in the draft specification are reasonable. Following a review of the responses, it has come to our attention that a further virtual information event could be useful for potential tenderers.

The topics which will be covered in this further market engagement virtual event will include:

- The scope and description of the service

- Our expectations from the successful provider

- A brief overview of our requirements for the new service

- Accessing Oracle Fusion/Social Value Portal

- Typical documents to expect
