Wrexham County Borough Council on behalf of the North Wales Authorities is inviting tenders for the provision of a Parent Partnership Service

Wales is undergoing a period of significant change in relation to how children and young people with special educational needs (SEN) and additional learning needs (ALN) are supported to access education. These changes come into force in September 2021 with the implementation of the Additional Learning Needs and Education Tribunal (Wales) Act 2018. This legislation brings about a number of changes with regards to duties placed on local authorities, maintained schools and further education institutes (FEIs) which will result in the current system and the new system running in parallel for a period of three years.
