Scope

Description

Lowestoft Town Council (LTC) is seeking to make improvements to its children's play area at Thirlmere Walk, Lowestoft, NR32 4SB.

The play area sits at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and can be accessed via a pedestrian gate and maintenance gate from Thirlmere Walk, and a pedestrian gate at the other end of the site, via a footpath off Lulworth Park. The site is an expanse of grass with unfenced play equipment and picnic benches nearby.

LTC would like the equipment to cater for children aged from toddler to twelve years old.

Award criteria

All Quotes that meet the pre-conditions are evaluated using the evaluation model. Scores will assist in deciding the Successful Respondent(s), but ultimately the decision will be based on which Quote(s) we consider will provide the best overall public value.

Capability and capacity of the Respondent to deliver = 15%
