The College is establishing a framework agreement to provide a painting and decoration service (including internal and external works and associated pre-painting repairs), with a programme of works to be delivered during each 12-month contract period, plus additional reactive or project works that may arise. The objective of this framework is to appoint suitably qualified contractors that offer a value for money solution, and a faster route to market to allow projects to progress more quickly.
