Under Direct Award Process B of the Provider Selection Regime Regulations 2023 there is an opportunity for all Potential Suppliers to submit a response to be able to deliver the COVID-19 vaccination service from 1 September 2024 to 31 March 2026. This includes NHS Standard Contract holders, PCN Groupings and Community Pharmacies, GP federations, independent sector providers, charities and other healthcare providers. All Potential Suppliers must meet the Minimum Requirements as set out in the COVID-19 Vaccination Site Sign-up Process Guidance and must propose a site that is based on their CQC or GPhC registered Healthcare Premises.

The value of this contract is estimated based on funding confirmed until March 2025. Beyond this date expected costs have been modelled but are not confirmed.
Please note, the closing date for this opportunity is 27 June 2024 to allow sufficient time for providers to be onboarded for the start of the COVID-19 vaccination Autumn/Winter 2024 Campaign. However, responses will be accepted on an ongoing basis throughout the contractual period and interim response deadlines will be communicated to providers which align to any further seasonal COVID-19 vaccination campaigns advised by JCVI and accepted by Government.
