NWUPC set up and manage Framework Agreements which are established to ensure compliance with the Public Contract Regulations. NWUPC are conducting market engagement for the establishment of a Framework Agreement for Soft Furnishings for members of NWUPC, APUC, CPC, HEPCW, LUPC, NEUPC, and SUPC.
