The Organising Committee for the 2022 Commonwealth Games Limited ("the OC") is seeking to engage with International Federation approved Supplier(s) for the supply of Sports Surface Equipment (the “Goods and Services”), that can demonstrate an appropriate level of knowledge and experience, a stable history and a track record in delivering the types of Goods and Services outlined within the Scope of Goods and Services at certified events.
The Supplier(s) will be required to provide competent personnel, with a blend of experience and knowledge to be able to provide expert advice and support which will be required as necessary throughout the Games period.
The Supplier(s) will be an integral part of the delivery of the Basketball 3X3 (including Wheelchair Basketball 3X3), Table Tennis (Including Para Table Tennis), Netball and Badminton competitions and will work closely with the Sport Operations and Sport Competition teams, as well as wider Games Functional Areas as determined.

The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
