The specific criteria for this commission will be to fund the support given to individuals on entering a new job in construction, with additional key performance indicators set at 3 months and 6 months sustained employment. As this intervention is supporting new individuals into construction, it will be a pre-requisite of the commission for individuals to start on the CITB element of the programme with the appropriate training and on-site experiences in place. Successful suppliers will need to evidence this requirement, including interventions to become Employment and Site Ready, but this must be funded by the supplier through other funding routes outside of this commission.
