two.2.4) Description of the procurement
1. The purpose of this Notice is to alert potential suppliers to an opportunity in relation to the supply of an EPR to support Sheffield HSC in the delivery of Mental Health and Social Care services.2. Sheffield HSC is seeking to procure a provider of hosted, fully managed Electronic Patient Record solutions to replace the existing inhouse developed and maintained EPR. 3. Sheffield HSC are seeking a supplier to provide a range of deployment/implementation services as well as hosting the EPR and providing support and maintenance services on a continuing basis. 4. It is expected that the maximum potential contract term will be 10 years, with an initial term of 7 years.5. During the term of the contract, other NHS Mental Health Trusts in the South Yorkshire and Bassetlaw, West Yorkshire and Harrogate, and Humber, Coast and Vale Integrated Care Systems may join and become a party to the contract in which case the Contract Change Procedure (Schedule 2-8) in the contract would apply and the provider would apply the pricing set out in the additional pricing part of their Pricing Schedule6. Potential suppliers are invited to download and review the procurement pack, noting the requirements and the deadlines for response.
