River Clyde Homes are seeking to appoint a highly competent and experienced Development Consultant to provide advice on social housing development opportunities and facilitate delivery in potentially both new build and regeneration activities.

To be considered for the contract bidders must have a demonstrable track record of maximising grant income for projects above benchmark. The successful company must be willing to work on a speculative pro bono basis on projects for a period of time until a decision is made on their progression.

When projects are green lit, the Development Consultant will be required to appoint and manage the other Design Team professionals that are required to successfully deliver the project.

Interested parties must first evidence to River Clyde Homes via the SPD that they have the requisite technical capacity, and experience to undertake works of this nature before they will be taken forward to the full tender evaluation.
