The High resolution in situ platform to combine single-cell and spatial genomics analyses, is required by the Genomic Technologies Core Facility

The High resolution in situ platform to combine single-cell and spatial genomics analyses is provided by Vizgen Inc., who are the sole provider of the MERSCOPE Platform. MERSCOPE is the

MERFISH technology platform solution developed by the supplier. The MERSCOPE Platform is powered by MERFISH (Multiplexed Error Robust in situ Hybridization) technology, which is exclusively licensed to Vizgen by Harvard University for commercialisation.

This solution enables multiplexed, error-robust, single-cell in situ transcriptomic imaging from whole tissue to subcellular resolution.

This product and it's use is covered by U.S. patents
