This service is required to assist teams in the removal of livestock from NRW managed woodlands and forest, to ensure the healthy establishment of trees.

two.2.4) Description of the procurement

Natural Resources Wales (NRW) require the provision of a Livestock Management Service to assist local area Forest Operations and Land Management teams within the South Wales area. This service is required to assist teams in the removal of livestock from NRW managed woodlands and forest, to ensure the healthy establishment of trees.

The supplier will be required to provide a livestock management service, for the removal of livestock from NRW managed woodlands and forests. The work primarily involves sheep but on occasions other livestock such as cattle, goats and horses will need to be removed.

The supplier will complete minor repairs to fences, fencing surveys, pound management, liaison with Deadstock Company and livestock market attendance.
