Tullie House is seeking project management services with relevant qualification, experience, and skills to support us in the development and delivery of Project Tullie Phases 2 and 3. This will include the management of capital works RIBA work stages 2-7 for Phase 2. For Phase 3, project management services will be procured for Stages 2-7, with a break clause at The National Lottery Heritage Fund delivery phase submission (RIBA 3). The continuation of the contract for the Phase 3 works will be dependent on a successful Round 2 application to The National Lottery Heritage Fund and satisfactory delivery of the Schedule of Services.
