This procurement is to secure a sole Contractor who will support the Contracting Body to fulfil its requirement to deliver a Homes First service in North Lanarkshire as part of the Scottish Governments wider Rapid Rehousing Transition Plan (RRTP).

Duration:

01/02/2025 until 31/01/2027 with additional 1 year option until 31/01/2028 (24 months plus 12 month extension option).

Budget:

The maximum budget for this project is 878,631.60 GBP (excluding VAT), subject to external funding being provided for year 3.

TENDERERS PLEASE NOTE: Police Scotland identified a number of business areas which have a high risk of infiltration by Serious and Organised Crime groups; this Framework belongs to one such area and as such the Authority reserves the right to include enhanced probity checks prior to any contract award, including sharing tenderer information with Police Scotland.
