The contract aims to provide a range of fun and positive experiences for disabled children and young people aged 11-19 years who have a single or dual sensory impairment and additional complex needs.
The service is expected to deliver a county wide provision:
• 2 days per month (term time) / 72 days or 1080 hours
• 1 day per week (holiday period) / 16 weeks or 120 hours.
• The service requirement is for a minimum of 24 individuals with sensory impairments or other complex needs throughout Cornwall.
A Virtual Provider Event will be held on 25 August 2021. The event will include the opportunity for input / co-design into the service and information around the tender process. If you would like to attend the event please email michelle.collins@cornwall.gov.uk or message via the Due North System to request up to two places. It is essential that you register in order to then be formally invited to the event via an MS Teams calendar invite.
