NHS Coventry & Warwickshire Integrated Care Board intend to award to an existing GMS contract holder to run the St Nicolas Medical Centre surgery as a branch practice. The contract shall commence on 1 August 2024 and this is a GMS contract meaning it will be held in perpetuity.

The awarded value of £264,132 is based on the total cost for the first year of the contract.

The contract will be awarded to to Station Street Surgery following a robust Most Suitable Provider Process under the Provider Selection Regime Regulations.

The award criteria is the Most Suitable Provider Process Key Selection Criteria, with a weighting of 100.

The award decision makers are NHS Coventry and Warwickshire Integrated Care Board, the Most Suitable Provider process was approved by the Primary Care Group and Procurement Panel.
