NHS England is seeking a provider to support the roll-out of the NHS Rainbow Badge Phase II pilot to the next stage. The aim of this is to scale and spread the pilot model, to build in a more systematic approach to LGBT awareness and inclusion within NHS organisations, and to address issues around monitoring, culture, education and training of the workforce more consistently. Development of a sustainable model (e.g. through organisational buy-in) will also be key to building longevity of the work.A pilot project of ‘Phase II’ is currently in place to explore how a benchmarking scheme may benefit NHS organisations taking part in the NHS Rainbow Badge, through a bronze, silver, gold award scheme.Please apply here: http://health.atamis.co.uk
