Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire.
Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:
Continuity of communication support services on a number of key high profile projects is considered to be business critical at this time of continued constrained resource.
Maintaining continuity of service on these critical workstreams is an overarching factor in this further extension. The extension will allow the live procurement and recruitment of key resource and specialisms to be concluded.
